Automatic bottles’ orientator AOB-18 is used for positioning bottles in order to allow for further processes, such as filling or rinsing.
Bottles are provided to the orientator using transfer tapes. Then they are transported in a horizontal position. When bottles move forwardthread hook orientation rotates them by 180 degrees. When moving from the beginning to the correct position (bottom first) hook does no affect their position. Suitably positioned bottles again reach the guiding tape, which in combination with the thershold sets the bottle to the vertical position. So set bottles are transported to the next machine. This machine can work with eg. labelling, washing, filling and packaging machines.
