In-lines systems for handling bottles have been introduced to satisfy growing output of filling lines. The main advantage of in-line systems is the optimal handling of bottles in the sections between filling machines. Due to the communication between the drivers of filling machines and the drivers of the systems responsible for putting products in line it was achieved immediate reaction in the form of adjusting the rotational speed of conveyors to the speed of filling machines. The system responds perfectly, in all the output ranges, to emergency situations such us slow and fast start-up of machines as well as slow and immediate stoppage of the machines. Additionally, in-line systems for handling bottles can be used for safe handling glass containers due to constant monitoring the rotation speed of individual drivers of the conveyor. Such solution reduces noise and smashing of bottles on filling lines to a minimum.
