Linear bottles’ washing machine type LPB-08 is an universal device used for liquid washing for metallurgical bottles with different capacities, forms and diameters of pouring hole. A water or liquids poured in packaging (closing cycle) can be a washing medium.
Bottles destinated for washing are supplied to a washing machine by a lamellar conveyor. Then bottles in quantities suitable to quantities of gripping devices are replaced along a washing machine on the conveyor, which is stopped. Gripping devices, after holding bottles by their necks, turn bottles 180 degrees and in this position they are washed by liquid under pressure. Washed out bottles go back to a primary position. Then a conveyor is starting-up and bottles leave a washing machine. This device works in a cyclical, broken way.
