Semi-automatic crane for handling bottles is a machine for unloading new bottles from pallets onto processing line. After catching the whole layer of bottles by the gripping head, the machine delivers them to the unloading table and then the bottles are transported to the washing appliance.
Semi-automatic crane for handling bottles type DNB-15 consists of three components:
A pallet with bottles is delivered to the unloading area. The operator after catching the gripping head directs it over the pallet with bottles. The grips are placed between the bottle rows and then, with pressing the button, the system of compressed air which fills the grips chamber is started. After the whole layer of bottles is gripped, the chain block lifts them on the unloading table the width of which is adjusted to the quantity of bottles on the pallet. While bottles are being lowered the unloading table automatically stops. After the air is being sucked off from the gripping head the bottles are being placed on the unloading table. Next, the unloading table is automatically set in motion and the bottles are transported to the washing appliance.
